Welcome
The Student Nurses' Association of South Carolina (SNA-SC) is a
pre-professional organization for pre-nursing and nursing students
enrolled in South Carolina accredited associate and baccalaureate
degree nursing programs. SNA-SC is a constituent member of the National
Student Nurses' Association (NSNA).
SNA-SC offers leadership experience, educational opportunities, career
networking, and information about the ever changing profession of
nursing.
The SNA-SC holds monthly Council of School Representatives (COSR)
meetings. All South Carolina nursing schools are encouraged to have a
representative present. The focus of COSR meetings is to network, share
ideas, and discuss state and national topics of interest to student
nurses and the nursing profession. During meetings, members also
receive valuable information regarding community health projects,
legislative issues, membership programs, and information on
state/national workshops and conventions. Dates and times, directions,
